Chaz provided every aspect of work for a realty agent that one would need. He gave useful accurate assessments, predictions, and advice. He made himself available to every need for inspection and examination of the property. He had a wealth of knowledge in regard to both the pre-purchase and post-purchase needs of the buyer. He felt very easy to work, he replied promptly to inquiries, and he worked hard andeffectively to finalize the deal inall of its bureacratic entirety (especially important when the invariable glitches appeared along the way). Judy Sawyer was very friendly and professional from the beginning and was obviously very knowledgeable regarding this type of Estate sale. She had good ideas about how to make things more appealing to potential buyers. She was excellent in dealing with the people who ultimately purchased the property because she knew exactly what we should agree to and when to say no. I was more than pleased with Judy.

Lisa was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. She was always available and returnedmy calls and texts promptly. She was extremely helpful ensuring i understood the process and ensuring things continued to move forward while I was out of town. She scheduled everything and kept me up to date throughout the entire process.

Overall and in detail, Mr. and Mrs. Elmore were a pleasure to work with from first contact through to closing. They were particularly good at creating a plan and setting expectations for the what needed to be done to get from where we started through to sales and closing. They followed up on everything that needed to be arranged and ensured it was completed. The house then sold right away with successful closing on time, which was my goal and the final measure. These are all exactly what one wants from a real estate agent team.
